From first glance, the deviation really caught my eye. The elements in this piece add an excellent mind set, and the vagueness is an expert addition.

Vision: The vision in this work is unclear; but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially in this type of art. The mysteriousness of this piece really adds to the tone, which sets a vague, dark setting.

Originality: The inspiration and overall work put into this piece is very original. I have seen pieces like this; but not quite like this. The fact that it is based off of a translation of a memory is very original, not to mention it is also very interesting.

Technique: The technique for this work of art is skilled at it's best: using things we normally don't associate with mysterious, foggy settings and turning them into something that, combined, makes all of the senses think. You can smell the rain, see the darkness, feel the humidity, and hear the windy eve.

Impact: Overall, this piece is not something I will forget. I think this piece sets a very dark, sinister but also vague overtone, which is excellent for something like this. Essentially, this is an excellent piece that challenges the mind and senses. Keep up to good work!
